We will review your request and provide a response within 3 business days. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Please note that we can only issue refunds for products that have not been used or opened. We are not able to issue refunds for products that have been opened or used, unless the product is defective or has arrived damaged.
